DORCE Terms of Service
These terms describe use of dorcesourcing.com and its procurement enquiry form. The site presents independent supplier sourcing and coordination in China. A separate written agreement defines any project appointment.
Status of numbers on the site
Dimensions, loads and material figures in examples explain how to compare quotations. The supplier and buyer confirm the purchased requirements in the order, with project criteria set by the responsible design professionals. Confirm who is responsible for local review, installation and commissioning before accepting a supplier price.
Enquiries
A form submission starts a discussion about a project. Prices, lead times and services are confirmed separately after the scope and supplier response have been reviewed. If the site, destination or requested delivery boundary changes, tell the sourcing desk so any comparison can identify the affected quotation lines.
No structural approval by browsing
A reference to a standard explains a type of document a buyer might request. Each project must verify the required edition and evidence with the responsible engineer and local authority. When bidders submit records at different revisions, ask for the revision tied to the current offer and record any items still outstanding.
Intellectual property
Use site examples to prepare questions for your own comparison. Before circulating a supplier drawing or certificate, confirm any restrictions that apply to that document.
Liability
Discuss delivery scope and risk allocation in the project agreement. The supplier, inspector, project engineer and carrier remain responsible for the obligations each accepts. Where an order depends on third-party inspection, identify the release point, evidence required and party who can authorize dispatch in the written scope.
Questions about these terms
Send questions about these terms through the project enquiry form. Any procurement agreement can set the governing terms for the services and scope it covers.
